Our Cricket First XI have also started the march towards Kim Hughes Shield glory winning their first game against Dalyellup College last week, however yesterday they were beaten by BCGS.

BCC 10/61 off 31 overs. Sawyer 28. Chased down by BCGS 4/62. Webb 1/2    Italiano 1/10

Versus Dalyellup College last week.  Captain Hutton won the toss and chose to bat on an average deck. The Red Caps scored 6/171 from 40 overs, with Sawyer 37, Jerrard 33 & Hutton 30 being the top scorers.  In response Dalyellup only achieved 8/163 from 40 overs with Webb 3/20 and Jerrard 3/15 chipping in a the end.

Our junior representative teams are also about to start their preparations in our annual game against Dalyellup College in Year 7, 8, and 9. These games provide our younger students a taste of the rich cricket tradition at our College and also allows our cricket coaches to identify emerging talent for future years. Thank you to Mr Gerard Robertson, Mr Iain McKenzie and Mr Jason Frisina for dedicating their time to our younger cricketers.
