Food technology

Food Technology is an area offering a variety of Courses that can be studied in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10. Courses include: Café Food Scene, Food & Culture, Food Decisions, Good Food Fast and Food & You. Students will develop their practical food preparation skills, utilise a range of ingredients, equipment and develop skills in food presentation and styling as well as developing a good understanding of nutrition with the aim of enjoying a healthier lifestyle.

 

In Years 11 & 12 students can select to complete a Work Ready & Barista Course.
