X-Adventure triathlon winners

BCC was named the most successful school at Australia’s largest off-road triathlon in Dunsborough over the weekend. Congratulations to all of the participants who competed individually or as a team.

Kate Lockley, Gavin Reddin, Heinrich Helm (pictured) and Mr Mcguire all completed the Short Course X-Adventure: 700m ocean swim / 6km coast trail run / 11km mountain bike individually on Saturday. A number of BCC students  including Jaxon Smith and Brodie Payton (pictured) also competed as a team in this event or the Long Course X-Adventure: 1500m ocean swim / 12km coast trail run / 20km mountain bike on Sunday. There were also some students who competed in the junior short course of  a 200m swim, 2km run and 5 km mountain bike ride. (photos Andy Lockley)
