The outstanding achievements of the Graduating Class of 2025 were showcased at our Opening Assembly, with high-achieving graduates recognised and presented with awards.
Special guests included Maria Trovato from the BCC Alumni Committee, Trish Kelderman to announce the recipient of the annual Kelderman Award and 2025 Head of Year 12 Wendy Morris who has retired after working at the College since 1988.
Congratulations to our 2025 ATAR Dux Matilda Skerman who won the Kelderman Award — a long-standing annual award recognising the student achieving the highest ATAR.
Matilda was also inducted into the 99 Club for her outstanding ATAR (99.45). As Matilda has begun her Bachelor of Philosophy studies at UWA, the award was accepted on her behalf by Wendy.
The BCC Alumni recognised high achievement in Vocational Education and Training, with Maria presenting the VET Award to our Vocational General Dux Anna Lockley.
