Curriculum Year 10

In Year 10, students begin forming ideas regarding Year 11 and Year 12 study pathways, and post school careers. To facilitate this, the College offers a Year 10 curriculum which continues to provide appropriate breadth and depth to allow students development of a broad range of knowledge and skills, while affording them even more choice to more closely align with possible subject selections for Years 11 and 12, and with possible career pathways after school. Academic streaming of students occurs in English, Humanities, Mathematics and Science.

In Year 10, abroad range of electives is again on offer across the four learning areas of The Arts, Languages, Physical Education and Design Technologies. In addition, students wanting to explore the possibility of a future Vocational Education & Training pathway are also given the opportunity to participate in a workplace through Workplace Learning.
