Enrolment Process
1. Submit an Application
- Applications must be submitted online via the College website.

A non-refundable $60.00 enrolment administration fee is required at the time of submission.

Upload the following documents:

Birth certificate
-
Baptism certificate (if applicable)
-
Immunisation history statement (Australian Immunisation Register)
-
Visa documentation and copy of passport/Citizenship Certificate (if applicable)

Latest school semester report
-
Latest NAPLAN results
-

We encourage families to submit applications three years prior to their child’s intended Year 7 start date.

Note: Submission of an application does not guarantee an enrolment interview.
2. Application Review & Prioritisation
General Criteria:
-
Parents demonstrate a commitment to the religious development of their child.
-
Applicants likely to benefit most from the College environment, in the Principal’s judgement.
Enrolment Priority Order:
-
Catholic students from Catholic schools with a Parish Priest reference
-
Catholic students from non-Catholic schools with a Parish Priest reference
-
Other Catholic students from Catholic schools
-
Other Catholic students from non-Catholic schools
-
Siblings of current non-Catholic students
-
Non-Catholic students from Catholic schools
-
Non-Catholic students from other Christian denominations
-
Other non-Catholic students
These priorities may be adjusted by the Principal in consultation with the Executive Director of CEWA to reflect local circumstances.
3. Interview Stage

Applicants may be invited to an interview with the Principal or a member of the Leadership Team.

Year 7 interviews are conducted two years in advance of intended start.

Mid-term interviews are subject to availability.
-
A Pre-Interview Information Form must be completed prior to the interview.
-
Additional supporting documents may be requested.
-
Reference checks may be made for current Year 7–12 students.

Note: Attendance at an interview does not guarantee an offer of enrolment.
The interview is an opportunity to understand how the College can best support each student’s educational journey. Identifying additional support needs does not affect the enrolment decision.
4. Offer of Enrolment

Families will be notified of the outcome according to the enrolment timeline.

Offers will be sent in writing via email.

Unsuccessful applicants may be placed on a waitlist.
5. Acceptance of Offer

To confirm enrolment, families must return the signed Enrolment Acceptance Form, and pay a non-refundable $400.00 deposit by the due date.

Failure to respond by the deadline may result in the place being offered to another applicant.
6. Important Notes

Submitting an application does not guarantee an enrolment interview.

Attending an interview does not guarantee an offer of enrolment.

Withholding relevant information may result in refusal or cancellation of enrolment.
