Communication
SEQTA is an online learning and communication platform that allows students and parents to access important school information. Through SEQTA, students can view their timetable, assessment tasks, feedback, grades, and school notices. It also supports effective communication between students, teachers, and families, helping students stay organised and informed throughout the school year. SEQTA is also an important tool for keeping up with notices, reminders and upcoming events.
All families are required to download the SEQTA app.

For student absences, please send an SMS to 0481 883 566 with student’s name, Home room and reason for the absence.

Peer Support
Starting at a new school is an exciting transition, though it can also feel challenging at times. That is why we have trained Year 11 Peer Support Leaders work with Homeroom Teachers to help new students feel welcome, supported, and confident.
For Year 7 students, Peer Support Leaders play an active role throughout Term 1 – helping with timetables, lockers, homework routines, and building friendships, while fostering a sense of belonging through fun activities.
For new students in Years 8 – 12, Peer Support Leaders are there to assist students to settle into their Homeroom and classes, introduce them to classmates, guide them through College routines, and support a smooth adjustment to a new learning environment.
Our Peer Support Leaders embody our Marist values. It is about students being present for one another, creating a culture where everyone feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. It is about learning together, working together, and becoming people of hope and compassion.
Through this program, new students not only learn how to navigate College life- they also discover what makes Bunbury Catholic College a place of welcome, faith, and shared purpose.

IT
Students are provided with a device in Year 7 and receive a new replacement device in Year 10. Devices and IT services are funded through school fees.
Before a device is issued, students and parents must sign an agreement outlining their responsibilities for its care and use. Devices remain the property of the College and must be returned in good condition at the end of Year 9 (prior to receiving the Year 10 replacement) and again at the end of Year 12.
For any technical issues or support, students can visit the IT Help desk located in room XR10.
